Robert's Story
Well since leaving high school in the middle of my sophomore year, I then attended Mt. Madonna continuation school because I had a son. He is now 35 and I just became a grandfather. I have been married for 30 years and have three great kids.
I moved to San Jose where I have been for the last 30 years. I now live at Silver Creek Country Club since I play golf as much as I can. (Ping me if you want to play a round of golf).
After I graduated from high school I took a summer job with a friend's father and hurt my lower back but all is well today.
I went to community college for a couple of years did not get diploma (bummed about that but oh well). I took a job in sales and developed my sales sills and got into high tech in 1995 working for an Internet Company....Expand for more
I stared with Best Internet and became a Sales Manger (three years) and then move to Global Center another Internet Company after a year there I move to Exodus Communications as a Strategic Account Executive and what a ride that was, from a Wall Street darling to BK in 5 years. I was lucky and made it through the dot com bust.
I have been working for a telecommunications company for the last 5 years as a Global Account Manager and just left in December took the month off and started working for a Enterprise Software Provider as the Global Account Director for Spigit.
We sell Enterprise social networking software that allows internal and external communities the ability to collaborate and drive innovation through our purpose built social networking software.
